Able Construction strengthens board with senior industry appointment

Able Construction is delighted to announce the appointment of Angela Carney as a non-executive director, further strengthening their leadership team.

Angela has over 30 years of construction expertise, including as Managing Director at Carney Consultancy Ltd, providing quality, safety, health and environmental consultancy and training.

Angela is co-chair of Working Well Together North East, on the Board of Directors for Constructing Excellence in the North East and sits on its People Group. She is the current president of Northern Counties Builders Federation (NCBF), a school’s liaison for NAWIC North East and Tees Valley and a committee member for the Lighthouse Charity North East.

Able Construction (Northern) Limited is an established North East building contractor and a long standing NFB member founded in 1987. The team has a wealth of experience in many sectors of the construction industry. Principle areas of business include general construction and design and build projects for private and social housing providers, as well as projects in education facilities, libraries, nurseries and public buildings.
