The session will be delivered by Steven Smith and Heather Burch.
Steven is a partner in the dispute resolution group at BP Collins. He is an experienced commercial litigator who specialises in all types of commercial litigation and dispute resolution with a particular focus on construction disputes and contractual disputes.
Heather has experience in a range of matters to include shareholder disputes, construction disputes and debt recovery matters.
