Speakers:
Eddie Hughes, Housing Policy Adviser – Having started his professional life as a civil engineer, Eddie’s journey through the housing sector has including managing housing development and maintenance projects, chairing the board of a housing association, serving as a Housing Minister in Government, and now finds him supporting the Church of England in its housing ambitions.
Rico Wojtulewicz, Head of Policy and Market Insight – Rico Wojtulewicz has been at the NFB and House Builders Association (HBA) policy mainstay for a decade, ensuring members views and issues are solved and if required, raised with local and central government. As one of the most experienced industry voices he sits on industry and government working groups and boards, such as the Construction Leadership Council (CLC), Future Homes Hub and Heritage Alliance, and is across all manner of topics including Net Zero, skills, planning, industrial strategy, retrofit and procurement.
Sean Houlston, Head of Membership and Digital Services – Sean leads the NFB’s member engagement and digital transformation. With a background in politics and planning engagement, Sean champions innovation, skills development, and AI adoption across the industry. He founded the Employment Affairs Group, created the Ask NFB platform, and leads the NFB’s drive to modernise and futureproof the organisation. Sean sits on several industry and education boards, and recently stood for Parliament bringing deep political insight and a strong network to his work.
