Hosted by acclaimed actor Stephen Mangan, the ceremony shone a spotlight on achievements that are reshaping the future of construction through innovation, leadership, sustainability and community impact.
From rising stars to established firms delivering projects that define the sector, the event highlighted the full breadth of dedication and excellence within the industry. The NFB was especially delighted to present the Employer of the Year Award to John Sisk and Son Ltd. The judges were deeply impressed by the company’s commitment to creating a workplace where people can thrive, underpinned by strong leadership development, apprenticeships, and inclusion initiatives that have already supported more than 3,000 young people. Their approach embodies the core values championed by the NFB and reinforces the belief that the future of construction is built by investing in people today.
