C&C Contractors (London) Ltd is a family-run construction and refurbishment company established in 1992. Led by husband-and-wife team, in 1999, they opened their Rainham, Essex-based office, which means we are ideally located for London, Essex, and the Home Counties projects. Our friendly, office-based admin team ensures all client enquiries are handled efficiently and professionally, from the first call to project completion.  We pride ourselves on delivering high-quality workmanship, reliability, and excellent customer service—qualities that have earned us long-standing relationships and repeat clients year after year by ensuring every project is delivered to the highest standard.

We specialise in an extensive range of building services, which includes all types of property extensions, renovation and structural alterations and refurbishment works. With over 33 years of experience, all our tradespeople are highly experienced and qualified in their trade. To ensure peace of mind for all our clients, all our staff undergo enhanced DBS checks.
